Program freezes

My computer (Windows 7 x64 ultimate, 16GB RAM, Intel i7 6700k) decided to reboot itself last night while qBittorrent (v4.1.5) was still running and evidently didn't properly close down the program. Now when I open it, it freezes up after about a minute. First time I tried, it was trying to check the ~20 torrents I had in the download/seed list. I figured maybe it was killing itself working too hard to simultaneously check that many torrents (ranging from nothing to nearly 5GB downloaded, with the majority under 100MB complete), so I paused all torrents, and resumed 1 at a time. First one loaded up, so I moved on to the next, and it froze up again, once more about a minute after starting the program. I've also tried closing out of as many other programs and background processes as possible, and it still doesn't help. I've also let it sit for an hour while I stepped away and when I came back, it was frozen as before. I also haven't had this freezing issue with any other program that I've attempted to use thus far today.
Is there any way to "reset" it without un-/re-installing the program--I use the magnet links and don't have the hashes recorded anywhere, so for all intents and purposes these partially-complete torrents would be useless to me, short of attempting to locate the links all over again. Or is that the only option? Would restarting using Safe Mode (with networking? without?) be of any use?

Managed to copy all hashes to a text file, then deleted all the torrents (not the completed files, though). Program still froze.
Uninstalled program (except for save locations and firewall rule). Reinstalled (new directory), program still freezes, though I did notice in the settings that the save locations and firewall rule had been kept intact.
