Seeds and Peers keep reseting to 0

Hi,
I have in total 6 torrents and 5 of them working good and downloading in good speeds. But the last one is not downloading.
It shows seeds 0(28888) peers 0(20140)
Time to time connected ones getting higher like 3-4 but then directly resetting to 0(28888). So it keeps doing that all the time but other torrents works perfectly
What could be the problem ?
