Hi: I'm a total Noob and i wondering where the best spot to ask questions/post would be?  I'm having inadequate search results, downloading metadata then stalling issues among other issues. Thank you

Assuming you are using Windows, this is probably the right place to ask. However, I'm not sure what to say about your problems.

This sounds like it could maybe be a network issue...are you on a network which deliberately blocks P2P protocol exchanges?
