Big Heart, Shitty PC. Better seeding preferences please

I love torrenting if it is a word. I have a old pc. i3 Inspiron n5010. as much I want to seed torrents my system doesn't allow me to seed more than one or two. if there would be a option to seed torrents which has only few seeders. so there is less burden on my pc and there is no dead torrent.
summary: developers please add an option to seed only those torrents which have less than some set seeders like 20 or 30. by this way I won't have to seed already flourishing torrents and preference will be given to near death torrents
