If you can choose something 'for movies download in sequental order/first and last pieces first by default', you do not need turn then and it's easier.
IMHO, if you set sequental order, first/last pieces should automatically be enabled
For category autodetection you can you extensions at least mkv/avi/ass/vob/m2ts ...

Requires quite a few connected seeds and/or peers to work correctly.

And qBitTorrent defaults to mostly sequential downloading if the number of connected seeds is really high versus peers:
