Setting up the client for use in Mainland China through 12vpn servers

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me set up the client to work with 12vpn on both Windows 10 and 7? My torrents used to download fine via Express VPN on the Win 7 machine, now there's no success no matter what I try to do (Express VPN being blocked recently..). I'm in Mainland China.
Which parameters should I edit? Do I need to set the VPN client up too?

Thanks! :)  8)

A collection ideas only.

this is what can be used to get through a costly, and considered fairly secure corporate network
https://www.vpngate.net/en/

this will probably not directly help you out, but its methods are valid https://restoreprivacy.com/multi-hop-vpn/

on top of this you will probably want to  google 'virtual private servers'

I am not sure if I would trust looking into something like azure to try this, and I know nothing about azure either, but you have google.

googled but not read fully https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... -softether
googled but not read fully http://www.sangadjiprabowo.com/post/201 ... ows-server
googled but not read fully https://miff2000.github.io/blog/2017/05 ... erver.html

In the old day, people would rent a vps and disk space, let the vps do all the torrenting 24/7, then ftp in and copy off the files from the vps

you can get a vps from $28/yr, and possibly cheaper

I recommend nothing, and am sure there are other ways of doing things too

I'm a dumbnuts and got it that I cannot torrent without any VPNs here, but only on my Windows 7 machine.

I will ask for help for my other machine in a separate thread. Thank you for your help! :)
