RSS downloader gives Cannot download <url>: Unknown error

If I open torrent files directly everything is fine. RSS download rules are correctly finding files, but I get this Download Error pop-up. Any advice? Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, qBittorrent 4.0.3, brand new Linux install on this machine so it has never worked.
UPDATE: Never mind... My own fault for getting RSS link incorrect. It was getting the description file rather than the .torrent
