wrong charset/encoding?

I'm looking for help trying to identify if I have an issue with my system or if something is wrong with qBittorrent.
I'm getting some wrong characters, like follows:

happening even on options and even after a clean install.
what we could do?

Solved by changing Regional format setting on Windows 10 Settings.
I hope that this helps someone else with the same issue.
