UPnP / Nat Not working on VM Hub 3

Hi qBittorrent
qBittorrent UPnP / Nat is not working on Virgin Media Hub 3 so sometimes the port is there and then its not.
This is a new hub 2 day old and my last one with the same.
I've reset the hub and number of times but its the same all the time.
can you please have a look in to it and let me know my next step.

PS anyone using qBittorrent with VM Hub 3 can you let me know if it the same thank you
