Tidy up news.php

Most of the stuff on the news page could be archived. Would keep news current to last major version.
Well yea but then you have to create an "Archive News" or something.
Btw you can make a suggestion (pull request) or an "issue" about it here: https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent-website
The website and everything is open source.
