qBittorrent v4.2.3 Web UI (64-bit) Seeds Monitor setting invalid

qBittorrent v4.2.3 Web UI (64-bit)
Automatically add torrents from:
Monitored Folder
Add path fill blank，click save.
reopen options Monitored Folder “path” show me blank
can't save this option but others well.
Env:
CentOS Linux release 8.1.1911 (Core)
Docker version 19.03.8, build afacb8b7f0
Exclusion:
file execute permission
/config/qBittorrent/qBittorrent.conf
Mannual edit qBittorrent.conf
add line:
Downloads\ScanDirsLastPath=/config/seeds/
or
Downloads\ScanDirs=/config/seeds/
WebUI Options Monitored Folder also blanked
actully don't take effect.
Help me to fix this problem plz，thx lot.
