qBittorrent–specific configuration

Hi!
I think i need help in those settings, while they are "normal, but didn't adapted".
I read this, but some things are strange and im not sure, that it will works better, the default https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorr ... figuration
Asynchronous I/O threads - ok, simple, but why it can't be setted up in automod?
Outstanding memory when checking torrents - much is better? but limit is 99
Disk cache - 1-2-4 GB are OK?
Enable OS cache - necessarily? or not?
Send buffer watermark - 500 KB? or 500000 KB?
Send buffer low watermark - 10 KB or more?
Send buffer watermark factor - 50 - 75 - 100%? Need i manually check and set buffer watermark?
Is there a check test for optimal settings? For a potato-PC, middle, and potato-Pro for example.
