hello,
sorry for my english.

i'm using qbittorrent 2.9.9 and linux mint LMDE 201204.
i don't want a default directory....I would like to choose the directory for each torrent, is it possible ?

Why not? Try with checked option "Display torrent content and some options" in Options -> Downloads.
