I am using Win 10 Pro 64 bit Ver 1909 and Latest qBittorrent.

By Default, tottents download to the Windows Downloads Folder.

I cannot establish where this setting can be changed.

Can you please advise.

Go into Settings, Downloads, and you can see the folder right there if you go down a bit.
