which repository have i to add on my Raspberry pi to install the latest qbittorrent and how can i do this?

If you are using Debian, you can use APT-Pinning:
https://jaqque.sbih.org/kplug/apt-pinning.html
https://wiki.debian.org/AptConfiguration

This feature basically lets you install or upgrade just a single program from Debian Testing or Debian SID/unstable. This method should be only used for simple desktop applications, such as qBittorrent.
