Ordering download priority based on sseeders available

Hello Community.
I was wondering if there is an option/plug in that allows me to order or prioritize my downloading list based on the availability of seeders.
For example I am downloading A(10), B(14) and C(20) file and I allows just 1 torrent to be active at active ( number represents seeders active/available).
The list will start from C,moving to B and then A. If seeders changes then it will change.
This will allow me to finish one torrent for sure using a limited bandwidth.
