4.3.0.1 "Also delete the files on the hard disk" leads to "not responding"

Hi,
ever since 4.3.0.x came out, using delete with the option "Also delete the file on the hard disk" leads to qbittorrent going into "not responding". It catches itself eventually, but it takes a while and this glitch wasn't in the application before.
Just wanted to let you guys know, in case you don't already.

Hi there,
Does this happen with big sized torrents (50GB+ or many files in it) or also with small ones (for example 5GB or less)?

All the torrents were under 1 GB.

Hi there, same problem here. Since I upgraded to 4.3.x I've had the same issue. Not only when deleting a file, but also when I open a video file by double-clicking on the file itself in the lower content window. Both 4.3.0 and 4.3.0.1 behave the same. I just downgraded to 4.2.5 and everything works perfectly again. Filesize doesn't seem to matter.

I still have this with 4.3.1. It even happens with "empty" torrents - torrents I haven't even started downloading. So it's definitely not tied to how big the files are.
But it doesn't seem to be a bug, right, because so few people are experiencing this?
