Is there a way to make sure qbittorent doesn't start unless the VPN is on? Not just pausing when the vpn discounts.

The following prevents qBit from downloading unless the VPN is active.
In Options>Advanced>Network interface select the TAP adapter your VPN configured (for example: Local Area Connection TAP-Windows-Adapter V9).
