I had to Reinstall Windows as well as qBittorent.

I had/Used the original (4) Directories on an Internal Hard Drive (E:\ Drive: i.e. Torrents; Torrents Completed; Downloads in Progress; Downloads Completed.

Now all Completed Downloads 'Fail to Move" to the "Downloads Completed" Folder from "Downloads in Progress" Folder, so all my Downloads both In Progress and Completed stay in the "Downloads in Progress" Folder.

How can I cause the "Downloads in Progress" Folder Contents MOVE TO "Downloads Completed" when done?

Did you try doing a ReCheck on the "Downloads in Progress" files?

I created a new Directory with another name, and it worked
