How to bind specific interfaces to specific ports

So i am trying to run qBitTorrent and have it not only bind to both my ethernet and wireless NIC's but have each NIC bind to a specific port. Basically so eth0 would use port 61001 and wlan0 would use port 61002. I have been able to find how to bind multiple NIC's to one port but that's it. Is something like this possible?
