Finished a quick book download intending to seed for a couple of days but nothing is happening.  The file's active and when I started to shut the program down it told me a file was still transferring but there's no indication that anything is happening.  Everything's at zero.  Is this normal?

If there is nobody else downloading that file you can't upload/seed either. Are there active peers who are still downloading?
