1 B/s

Presently using ver. 4.3.3 but I believe I first noticed this a few versions back. What happens is that a normal upload will take place with the upload speed in KiB/s. At some point the Peers will change to 0 and the upload speed will go into freefall until it reaches 1 B/s. The UL speed will stay that way for a few seconds all the way until several minutes. This is happening with 3 separate Private trackers without the use of a VPN. There are times when there are 3 or 4 lines of 1 B/s on my seeding list.

Has anyone else seen this before? I did a search here and no one has reported it. Any ideas? I checked all my settings but I don't see anything that might be obvious to cause this behavior. Perhaps some type of cache is keeping the upload open at 1 B/s?
