qBittorrent official forums

I have 940/940 internet but I can only get the full speeds for about an hour after I launch qbittorrent before it drops to like ~15MB/s
I'm able to get the full download speed again if I close qbittorrent and re-open it.

I'm mixed between downloading to SSD and HDD.
This is a new system but with my old settings folder brought over from my old pc.
I have a ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB of ram and I hover around 25% total CPU usage and 70% total ram usage while running qbittorrent.
I'm on qbittorrent v4.3.1 and here are my advanced settings

Looks like some kind of adaptive throttling. Either by your ISP or router or possibly some kind of "smart" anti-virus. Looks like Windows...? What VPN are you using? Also, make sure you have QoS disabled on your router, that one bit my ass after a router firmware update it got reset and I almost got charged for having a tech come out but was able to talk my way out of it...lol...
