Using v3.0, whenever I access Tools/Option and then try to exit from the options panel qBittorent dies with a Windows data execution exception.  Changes I made to the settings do get stored.

Any ideas?

I'd recommend checking for viruses.
"data execution exception" means that application tried to execute code from r/o .data section; I don't think this is the default behavior of qBt.
