Open Torrent settings window after adding a new torrent from a watch dir

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to set-up qBittorent in the following way:

1. Monitoring a watch dir folder. Done
2. Adding torrent into the list and open its settings. Here I'd like to choose a dir for download. Not Done.
