Of course. You just install it normally.

i heard the new version is flagged for a trojan which version works on windows 11 without being flagged..

That's for most torrent clients and on both Win10 and Win11.
Simply disable PUA detection, it's pointless and stupid. I've seen an incredible amount of actual malware/adware/crapware on computers I oversee. It's more about Microsoft just preventing people from using what they DON'T WANT YOU TO USE. For example, got a keygen? Well, it's not malware for sure, it's not malicious but hey, let's block it because it's a Keygen. Have a Windows activator? Again, it may be open-source, 100% safe... but hey, let's flag it.

Microsoft is just abusing its power here. I am a big advocate, appreciator of Defender. It's a good piece of software with good performance and good detection. But this "Potentially Unwanted" part just does not work and is just abused.

i use bitdefender but how do you diasble the pua detection
