Is Windows 11 blocking uploads ?

Hi, I've just set up qBitTorrent on Win 11. Downloads work fine but nothing ever uploads. I can see peers wanting to download my files but within a few seconds of connecting they seem to be blocked. Any ideas ? I'm using all the default settings except I increased the max number of upload slots.

I am unable to download had to go back to utorrent. I can see the trackers and it connects to those just fine but I get zero seeders. My downloads remain at zero.

I use qBittorrent on 2 Windows 11 Pro installations with 0 issues.
