Qbittorrent Goes stalled occasionally

Ubuntu Focal , installed from stable repo latest version.
The only way around for me is either restart qbittorrent or change incoming port.
Any solutions ?

Anything in the log? (View -> Execution Log)
What do you see if you click an affected torrent, and Trackers on bottom?
Also, please update to latest version via PPA, the packaged one is usually old.

I'm on headless web gui version qbittorrent-nix so I don't have that option.I'm on 4.3.9 is it ok?
Also the tracker sometime says not connectable sometime it says connected but either ways restart helps.
This problem started sometime 1.5 years back earlier it always used to work so wanted to go back but can't find a way to install 4.2.5

Happened just now the tracker status is not working(unreachable) though i know its working.
Anyways i can install 4.2.5 ?
