Well it can happen when you make more than 200+ code changes. It will be fixed. Everyone is using the client different with hunderds of methods, I found this bug too and confirmed.

Revert to v4.3.9 if you're having problems with it.

There is sometimes a pre-release, like 4.4.0rc1 - but people may or may not test. People may know or may not know how to report bugs. If people don't try it, don't test, don't report, bugs might creep into the final release. Trust me the team is doing their best, but making a bug-free software is 100% impossible.

I signed up just to get this answer having noticed this problem. It will definitely be fixed, I have no doubts.
