After Windows Update scheduled reboot, all torrents are showing "Not contacted yet" in tracker status

Hoping someone else can help out with this as it's bugging me.
A few days ago, I scheduled Windows Update to reboot my PC overnight. I've done this loads of times without any issue, but this time, all my torrents stalled, refused to announce, and all show "Not contacted yet," when I check their statuses.
I've already recreated my qBt profile folder in AppData\Roaming, which seemed to help for about an hour, but everything's dropped back into a stall again.
Anyone seen this? I'm on qBt 4.3.7 on Windows 10, 21H2 build 19044.1466.
