Slow speed and freeze problems v4.4.0

On nu PC version 4.40 continues to freeze and the download speed is very low. Version 4.39 works allright.
Windows 10 32 bits latest build. Windows Defender.

There are a few libtorrent based issues that are being fixed and prepared for v4.4.1. Till then use v4.3.9 which still works perfect.
