Torrent in upload mode

Hello,
I have the version 4.3.9 and since a week ago I can´t transfer files.
When I tried to download the program show me the following message:
" with error:Was not possible write to the file. Acess denied. The torrent is actualy in mode (just upload)
I have Windows 10 and I never have this problem.
