Torrents dead after crash while checking

qBittorrent 4.4.0 crashed while all torrents were being rechecked. Now, whenever I restart it, the torrents that hadn't been checked all show "checking," but the check never progresses and those torrents aren't uploading or downloading. How do I fix this? Thanks.
