I use my own computer to do the seeds. My friend's download speed is very slow. What's the reason?

My network speed is 100 mbps, I don't have a public network IPv4 but a public network ipv6. I don't think this should make any difference. I also added many tracker servers, but they didn't work. I also enabled port mapping, but it still doesn't work and I hope to get help
