Hi there... When I download torrents with qBittorrent's Bandwidth Limiter turned on the total bandwidth of the client far exceeds the download speed of the torrent... For ex... I have limited my download speed to 21.9MiB/s, but often the total bandwidth the client uses is my full bandwidth (about 30MiB/s)... What is strange is when I limit the bandwidth for that specific torrent it keep within what i set for that specific torrent... I am using Open-VPN as the network interface (Via OVPN.com)... Is this a bug or is there something wrong with my settings? See Screenshots for settings

True, the speed shown at the bottom is not 100% accurate I can confirm. But its limited, honors your settings surely and works as intented. I did measure it for some days in the past.
