Big problem with Qbit!!!

Alright this problem only started a couples of days ago,
Qbit get extremely slow, torrents seems to never reaches full speed, never goes over 40% of my internet speed!!!!

and here is the thing even with all torrents stopped, and Qbit running; my internet gets verry slow, everything slows down!!!

only when i close Qbit for my internet speed to be okay again! not sure but its like Qbit keeps downloading stuff in the background!

Anyone knows whats going on!

Based on the information in your post, it's highly unlikely that anyone will.

You might want to re-check whether the download speed you have in mind is the actual download speed you have. Run a speedtest to double check.
Else, the torrents that you are downloading might be poorly seeded. So, the download speed is reduced.

Try enabling Bandwidth Management (uTP) in the Speed option.
