Canonical Peer Priority in qbitorrent?

I was just wondering if qbitorrent will be implementing Canonical Peer Priority?  Some people have said it does help in smaller swarms and if it does help to stop ddos a swarm that even better although that would have been useful in 2005.

qbt uses libtorrent-rasterbar.
The "Canonical Peer Priority" spec is designed by Arvid Nordberg who is also the author of libtorrent-rasterbar.
However I am not sure if he has implemented this on the 0.16.x libtorrent series which are the latest and qbt uses.

it's not implemented in libtorrent 0.16.x, but it is in the upcoming 1.0
