qBittorrent v3.1.9.2 ubuntu 12.04 seedbox setup

Hi just started useing qbittorrent v3.1.9.2 on my ubuntu 12.04 seedbox which has a bandwidth connection of 1 Gbps and would like to setup qbitorrent for best download upload speeds i change some setting around on qbittorrent and seen at times 10 MB/s but i know it can do better then this on a 1 Gbps connection dont realy know how to setup qbittorrent for best speeds can anyone here useing qbittorrent help me out on what would be best setting for qbitorrent on my 1 Gbps connection
