when shall the new qbt 3.2 release new libt 1.0 released  ;D

There is no ETA, it will be released when its ready. Its not sure if it will be using the new lib or 16.17 (which is also new). Thats what sledge decides.

It will be done when its done.
On Windows, I'll release based on libtorrent 1.0 since it went official a few days ago. On linux, it up to the distro packagers.
