Higher Download Rate Limit

Any particular reason the DL rate limit is 1 MB? Think it would make sense to make that limit larger if we wanted

Also, on the new member registration form - the current year is 2015, not 2014, so you guys might want to update that as well

Assuming this is the task list context menu you are still talking about.

It is the UPLOAD RATE not the download rate.
