Error MSG Bad request: message too long

Hi all
I am forced to install the 2.9.8 following the steps from the site https://htpcbuildguide.com/bittorrent-d ... ittorrent/ before exiting the new version 3.2.
The problem reflected in version 2.9.8 is the following message "Bad request: message too long" when the WebUI I add the file.torrent in the list.
What's a problem?

No i have installed 2.9.8 step by step from  https://htpcbuildguide.com/bittorrent-d ... ittorrent/

1) How big is your .torrent file?
2) Try increasing limits in your php.ini file (It's under /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini on Ubuntu/Debian)*

Then do a restart on the machine. Or restart Apache by:
$ sudo service apache2 restart
Or on Legacy systems:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

the file .torrent is 148Kb Film to download is 2Gb

Where did you read that out Saturday?

anchio italiano... dimmi dove l'hai  letto che esce sabato? (anchio nn sono riuscito a compilare sul rasp la 3.2 dai sorgenti, ho litigato con boost)

Sai cos'ho fatto? Ho cambiato il sources.list la voce da wheezie a Jessie.
poi apt-get update ed infine apt-get dist upgrade....Impiegato più di 2h...
Al termine ho installato il qbittorrent che automaticamente metterà la versione stabile 3.1.10 e funzia benissimo
Proprio oggi ho avuto il problema, ho scaricato il file torrent per una saga di toy story che in totale sono 40gb da scaricare.....ho saturato la banda. Non so come migliorare il QoS
