not updating to trackers

hello, i'm not sure if itis qbittorrent's bug or mine.
in two words: some of my torrents are not updating to trackers

it can be fixed by "force reannounce to all trackes" or by "force recheck".

Neither, it is what the "always announce" checkbox is there for.
