Problem loading torrent web UI (NETGEAR ReadyNAS 104)

It is impossible to download torrent files on my NETGEAR ReadyNAS 104 with the program qBittorrent v2.9.8 (Web UI).
I explain, when I add a .torrent file or a magnet link, it does not load... no files appear in the list. (empty)
Can you help me please?

2.9.8 is too old to be supported.

You need to update.

I can't do it because of integrated application in Netgear appliance.
