Auto download

Hello. Sorry for my bad english.

qBitTorrent automatically download old torrent, if after run, it cant find downloaded files. How I may disable it?
Sometimes I removing some files (need space, or don't needed this file anymore). But qBitTorrent will download it again. =(
Also, today I was get bug. I run qBitTorrent for downloading one new torrent. After running - it was download ALL torrents, which have renamed files. About 70 GiB, 15+ torrent files =( He forgot renamed filename and started download it again. I had to remove all torrents from qBitTorrent, which have renamed files. =(

Can I disable auto-download in options? in flags? I can't search equal option.

It's not comfortably. Because:
1. I have 2+ OS on PC
2. I have >1 profile of users on OS, and each profile have self qBitTorrent profile
3. I can have >1 torrent program
4. I can get files not only from torrent. I have >1 kind of file source (example: directly download from web or flash-drive)
I can't remember for every file source, profile and os. I cant before deleting any file test all profile of all OS.
I need option for disabling auto download files. I hope now you understand problem. If qBitTorrent have this option, and you know it, please, show me it (may be flag?).
If qBitTrorent haven't solution for it, I wanna make feature request (where I can do that?).

There isn't one.

Or update to 3.2.0 where it will show "Missing files" if you delete the payload.
