metadata suggestion for magnet links

i will try to explain as simple as i can
when you add a magnet link in the program the metadata starts to download when you start the torrent  and then immediately after the metadata are downloaded starts to download the torrent.
if you have added many torrents with magnet links ,lets say 20 torrents or more, you must wait for the metadata to download in each one and see the volume of the torrent and how big it is and if you dont want to download everything in the torrent you have to stop it and choose and so on for the rest of the torrents which have unknown size.its time consuming to wait for the metadata.

so my suggestion is that it would be easier to choose that the torrent downloads the metadata but it will not start to download immediately but stays stopped or paused
in that way the metadata are downloaded and you know the files and size of the torrent and you can choose how you want to proceed.
for example i have 50 torrents with unknown size ,i choose them all and choose the option for all torrents to download their metadata but they wont start to download the files

Check the box that says "[ ] do not start the download automatically" in Options -> Downloads.

i know that box
i dont mean that
if you add a torrent with magnet link its added and say in the section size the word unknown and cant see any files in the torrent cause all the info starts to download when you start the torrent
so the metadata of the torrent the information of the torrent's files are in metadata
so i want to download the metadata without the need to start downloading the files of the torrent

No, not really.

Allow me:

'metadata' means (roughly) "about or beyond the data, and in this case 'data' refers to the payload of 'files' and 'folders'
The metadata is usually contained wholly within the 'physical' .torrent file, and carries the combined size of the data structure, the paths, names and sizes of the individual files, the name of the 'virtual' data structure, created date, Client used to create it, any comments, tracker data, etc. plus  the piece size, the total number of pieces, the index number and hash sum of each piece. In the case of a 'magnet' this metadata has to be downloaded from other connectable peers using the hash_id (unique identifier) of the torrent as the identifier. Until the metadata has been retrieved, nothing about the payload is known other than the hash_id and maybe one or more tracker names. Bittorrent clients therefore cannot allocate disc space, assign names or populate content data until this point,

If you wait at the "Add new torrent dialogue" for the metadata to populate, this downloading task is NOT subject to any queue or data transfer limits defined in your client settings.
If you add the task without waiting, the metadata will continue to download but this transfer is now subject to any and all limits that are defined in the client settings.

Neither of the above options are 'optional', if you want to download the final payload or any part of it. You HAVE to wait for the metadata to download. If you want to select only part of the payload before any payload starts to download  then you HAVE to use the "Add new torrent dialogue" and allow it to populate.

ok let me try to explain better using the text you wrote

You HAVE to wait for the metadata to download. i dont want to wait i add the magnet link directly to the download list and i dont wait for the metadata dialogue box to populate the torrent
so i dont use the dialogue to wait the metadata to download
i add them directly i add the magnet link directly to the download list
cause i add many torrents and i dont want to wait each torrent to download the metadata its time consuming

now that all the torrents are in the download list with no metadata i want to download the metadata without starting the torrent

If you add the task without waiting, the metadata will continue to download but this transfer is now subject to any and all limits that are defined in the client settings. that is what i do i add the task without waiting the metadata. the suggestion is beyond that point. when i have added the tasks meaning the torrent in the list without the metadata cause i didnt want to waste time to add each torrent with the metadata, i want to be able to download the metadata after they are in the download list but not to start to download.

is this better?

Not likely to happen, as that IS the purpose of the "add new torrent dialogue", and the task HAS to be started for it to be in the task list and downloading anything.

that is the reason that i suggest it ,for time consuming purposes
cause for someone that is using magnet links its very very time consuming to wait for that dialoge box to download the metadata
and if he wants to download many torrents it will take hours to wait for each torrent to get the metadata

that is my suggestion

The "Add torrent dialogue" is 'modal' to prevent conflicts, so that is not likely to change any time soon.
