Adding the option to start and stop downloads at different times automatically

So I have unfortunately been hit with a data cap recently.
This brought me to my suggestion, I was hoping that you guys could somehow implement into the settings a time to start download and stop download. Or only download at certain times. I have free internet between midnight and 6 a.m, but I tend to use my computer during the day. I would love if it had the automatic ability to download at said times. This leaves me room to do other things and frees up my internet during the day time when the intensive downloads occur during the night. Thanks for your time.
