Parental Control K9

When qbittorrent is used with K9 parental control, I face some strange issues.
Many times my browsing is not displaying many of the webpage including http://www.google.com
I need parental control to safe-gaurd my children. I wanted to use qbittorrent also.
This is becoming an issue for me. Have anyone faced similar issue? The K9 uses the local port http://127.0.0.1:2372/

Any help in this regard is appreciated.

I fail to see how this is qBittorrents' problem at all... at the least this should be directed to K9, not here. Also, of note, peerblock blocks supposed K9 website as spyware, I won't be visiting such site, in that regard also you're on your own.

use firefox with FoxFilter or ProCon Latte Content Filter
and kill internet explorer
