the mysterious numbers in the ()

I've used Qbittorrent for years, and ave just neglected to ask. What do the numbers in s the parentheses represent?  I've read somewhere they represent those are seeders available if  you need them for a certain fragment. I'm not sure if this explanation makes sense. Please clarify for me.

I think he means the number in parenthesis besides the seeders number. I would like to know too if it's not much to ask.
