.torrent files

Post by S.C. »

Hi everyone.

I've just started to use this software, and I really like it. It's much faster than uTorrent and I hope don't have any BitCoin miner in it. But one thing bothers me. I've got a russian version and when I was looking through settings when I've stumbled upon that thingy. It was saying that I can choose where do I want to copy my .torrent files. I thought that it's some kind of a translation issue, but no, it's not. Now I have two copies of every .torrent files I've downloaded before on my HDD, but... I don't need them. Is there any actual reason why we have to "copy" them instead of "removing" them?

P.S. currently I am using some python script to remove all the .torrent files from the download folder, but I would like to have ability to remove them Spammy junk "hashtags" REMOVED

Sorry, I've failed searching it, but I've tried... So basically, after torrent have been added to a queue, .torrent files can be deleted? If so, why should we keep this files?
