[Solved] Not a dictionary Error message in execution log

Post by ko47 »

Have been using qBit since 2.85 in Linux and Win7 envrmnts, first time encountering "not a dictionary" error msg in execution log with I/O error on qBit restart with incomplete torrent downloads. Running 2.90 downloading to system SSD (dont know if that matters) , usu. happens on 4+ GB downloads, with a new download file starting and the old, existing download ignored. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

I would suggest using a standard hdd for torrents in general... wouldn't that be considered really bad on a SSD?
Also, there is a new version for windows that hasn't had any known I/O errors reported, 2.9.2 and it was built from a different person than the known I/O error versions.
